I have acid reflux and have started taking omeprazole for one month. I have a sore throat from the months that I have tried to manage the condition. I am usuing echinacea, manuka honey and slippery elm. What do you suggest for my throat and maybe help digestive system.

I wonder if your sore throat is the result of acid reflux rather than any infection. This will explain why your choice of echinacea and manuka honey have not helped resolve the symptom.

If this is the case, we should treat the root of the problem and for this, recommend Centaurium – it belongs to a class of herbs known as ‘stomach bitters’.

You will also benefit from Molkosan which contains a substance known as L+ lactic acid – which paradoxically, helps to neutralise the acids in your stomach.
