I am almost 50 and going through the menopause, as confirmed by my GP with blood tests. I am still having regular periods but am noticing that I still have some blood residue continuing for a week after my periods. Do you think this is menopause related?

This is a common occurrence as your menstrual cycle changes but it is always a good idea to get it checked out by your doctor. Prolonged periods, even light ones, can cause anaemia over time leading to fatigue and muscle aches and pains. You could try Menopause Support as this can help with balancing the menstrual cycle at this time.
