I have bad headaches and a sore neck – it feels like pressure. My periods are very irregular. What can I do?

Some women do find they get headaches and muscle aches before a periods and this can often be due to fluctuating hormone levels.

You may find the herb Milk Thistle Complex helpful, you could try it for 2 months to see if it helps.

However, if the headaches continue or get worse it is important to see your doctor about them.
