You could try Nettle Tincture (Urtica), as this may help. Make sure that you are getting enough calcium and magnesium and B Vitamins in your diet, as lack of these can sometimes be a contributory factor. Some women find that a fish oil supplement can help as well, but this may take a month or two to show benefit.
During the menopause breast size and shape can change quite dramatically so it is vital to get measured properly for your bras. Ill-fitting bras, especially underwired ones, can restrict breast tissue and the surrounding area causing discomfort as well. If your symptoms persist it is a good idea to get this checked out by your doctor.
