This is quite common and is mostly due to hormonal change (a bit like when you get morning sickness in early pregnancy!).
You may find ginger tablets or a cup or two of ginger tea a day helps.
You could also add in Milk Thistle Complex to help support the liver.
Digestive problems may also be a contributory factor so make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and don't get constipated..
