I am 52 and have been going through the menopause. I am a full time carer and a single mum. I am finding it hard to sleep, waking every hour and am so tired. I also suffer from hot sweats day and night. I am unable to go on HRT. I feel I need something, as I am getting snappy and forgetful. P.S. I have a bloated tummy also - please help.

Poor sleep will affect how you feel during the day so getting a good night’s sleep is very important.

You could try Dormeasan®: as this is traditionally used for sleep.

You may also find Menoforce® Sage Tablets helpful for the hot flushes/sweats.

Digestion can also be affected at this time and Molkosan Vitality is often used to help with bloating.

However, if these symptoms continue or gets worse it is important to see your doctor.
