I am 52 and have been going through the menopause. I am a full time carer and a single mum. I am finding it hard to sleep, waking every hour and am so tired. I also suffer from hot sweats day and night. I am unable to go on HRT. I feel I need something, as I am getting snappy and forgetful. P.S. I have a bloated tummy also - please help.
