My period has always been heavy and painful, but over the last four months I've gone from losing very little blood in 1st month, to no blood in the second month at all, then little blood and then last week to a having more blood but no pain. I have often felt warmer than normal. Could I be menopausal?

This is a common scenario on the approach to the menopause so it is possible.

Best thing to do is see your doctor, they can test your hormone levels and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
