I am 49 years old, my periods are regular and only last about two to three days, this month I am day 32 and no period but all the other symptoms, cramps, mood swings , frequent urination, is this normal?

Yes, this is a very common scenario as you approach the menopause. You may find that this happens for a few months then you may get a period or two and then it may start all over again! This can continue for quite a while before your periods finally stop. The best thing to do is look after yourself well, try to eat a good varied diet, avoid stress (if possible!) and I would suggest a good multivit from your local healthshop. Acupuncture can often work well for this so is worth looking into.
