At night I do not get sweats but feel as if my legs are on fire from the inside. This wakes me up a lot. Is this part of the menopause? I am 60 years old and have been going through the menopause since I was 50.

Burning/hot legs are quite common and you may find a magnesium supplement helpful but it is best to get this checked out by your doctor as well.

Low iron and low thyroid can also cause similar symptoms so ask your doctor to test for these as well.
