If I took the herbal remedy route for what I think is the menopause that I am going through, will this help with me having to urinate so often and so many times?

Falling levels of oestrogen can cause bladder weakness in some women. You may find a soy supplement, which can help to balance oestrogen, helpful.

Also try to do the Kegel Exercises every day. These help to strengthen the pelvic girdle and can help to strengthen the bladder as well. Just Google Kegel to find how to do the exercises.
