By your age your hormonal balance may have been changing slowly over the past few years even if there were no outward symptoms.
However, any operation will put tremendous stress on the body and this may have been enough to 'tip' the hormonal balance and create some symptoms.
You may find things go back to normal after a few months or they may now continue to change.
Best thing to do is see your doctor, they can test your hormone levels and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
