I have found that since I started the menopause 4 years ago, I cannot feel penetration during sexual intercourse. Is there anything I can take or do?
One of the best things is to do the Kegel Exercises. These tighten and tone the whole area. You can also get ‘love eggs’ from Ann Summers, which you use to exercise and tone the vaginal area. To find how to do the Kegel Exercises, just Google them.
