I have found over the past few years (I am now 51) that my memory has become more unreliable and vague. Could this be caused by the menopause?

One of the symptoms of the menopause can be poor memory. I would suggest Ginkgo biloba, as this is traditionally used for improving memory. You could also try Concentration Essence. You may find that trying relaxation techniques every day helps as well.
