What can I do take make the menopause a bit easier to get through? I'm 48, periods are fine. I'm tired but only sleep for 4 or 5 hours, which makes me grumpy and tearful by the afternoon, but can not nap as I am working. No sex drive. Palpitations and feelings of rage. Mental block half way through a sentence. Are there any vitamins or something I can take to make things a bit easier?

Poor sleep will affect how you feel during the day so getting a good night’s sleep is very important.

You could try Dormeasan as this is traditionally used for sleep.

You may also find Menopause Support helpful for your other symptoms (as long as you are not on any hormonal contraception/medication).

However, if your symptoms persist or get worse it is best to go and see your doctor.
