What can I do take make the menopause a bit easier to get through? I'm 48, periods are fine. I'm tired but only sleep for 4 or 5 hours, which makes me grumpy and tearful by the afternoon, but can not nap as I am working. No sex drive. Palpitations and feelings of rage. Mental block half way through a sentence. Are there any vitamins or something I can take to make things a bit easier?
