I have a long history - some 5/6 years of sleep problems. I wake frequently during the night after about 2 hours sleep, sometimes I manage to get back to sleep and other times I can be awake for 3 to 4 hours. I don't want to take chemical medicine but feel this lack of sleep is impairing my daytime life, i.e,. needing to sleep during the day, irritability, emotional etc.
