When I wake up I don't feel like I've slept, even if I've been asleep for 7 hours. I've also been told that I've been moving a lot in my sleep like I've been having a bad dream or something. I've tried blocking out all the light into my room, going to bed earlier, drinking a warm drink before bed and just trying to relax, but nothings worked. What would you suggest?
