I had a hysterectomy at 38 and was never given HRT. My sex life is non-existent. Is it too late for me to have HRT? I also have a lot of stress and tiredness. I am now 54

It wouldn’t be a good idea to have HRT now because you’d end up having real problems coming off it again later on. You can take Menosan Menopause Support to boost your oestrogen levels more naturally, without any problems when you stop. This also provides magnesium, which is good for stress. However, you could also take a stress-relieving herb such as Passiflora or Stress Relief Daytime. You may be mildly anaemic, so an iron tonic like Floradix might help. Also, it would be worth having your thyroid checked by the doctor to see if it’s under-functioning slightly.
