I cleaned the ceiling in my room making use of the plastic foot stool, which I placed on top of my bed. I had to put my right and left foot on the base support for a balance. The following day my right foot bulges and is very painful and then gone. Months past and now I am limping on my right foot. The doctor said a muscle was being affected and gave me a pain reliever but, it didn't work. What should I do? It remains painful on and off.

If the doctor says a muscle is involved, then it's magnesium to the rescue. Magnesium helps with easing tight, tense and cramping muscles. I'd try 200mg morning and evening.

For more immediate relief, please try our Atrogel® Arnica Gel, as it can help within 20 minutes and Arnica is thought to speed tissue healing.

Best wishes
