I cleaned the ceiling in my room making use of the plastic foot stool, which I placed on top of my bed. I had to put my right and left foot on the base support for a balance. The following day my right foot bulges and is very painful and then gone. Months past and now I am limping on my right foot. The doctor said a muscle was being affected and gave me a pain reliever but, it didn't work. What should I do? It remains painful on and off.
