What is Fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is really a syndrome, meaning it has a lot of symptoms rather than one synonymous with the label.

However, generalised muscle pain due to below-idea blood supply accompanied by headaches or IBS are the main signs.

The muscle pain is often most noticeable in the shoulders or neck.

Fibromyalgia is complex though, so please visit our fibromyalgia section for a more comprehensive explanation, along with diets and advice on remedies.

Best wishes
