Our Menopause expert recommends these two products to menopausal women looking for some extra support during this time of life.

Menoforce® Sage (30 tablets) – *a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of excessive sweating associated with menopausal hot flushes, including night sweats, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.

Menopause Support (60 tablets) – this nutritional food supplement contains fermented soya isoflavones and is popular among women who are looking for nutritional support during this time of life. In addition, each daily dose contains 56.7mg elemental magnesium (30% RDA) which can help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

These tablets can be taken during the peri-menopause and menopause, and must only be taken by those over 18. 

Take one Menoforce Sage tablet a day.

Take one Menopause Support tablet twice a day (one in the morning and one in the evening) with food. This product should not be taken by those on hormonal contraception such as the contraceptive pill, implant or Mirena coil.

There are no long-term restrictions associated with these products so you can take them for as long as you need. If symptoms are severe, consult your GP.

Menoforce®: Each tablet contains 51mg of concentrated dried tincture from fresh Sage (Salvia officinalis L. ) leaves (1:17-18). Extraction solvent: ethanol 68% V/V. This is equivalent to 3400mg of tincture of fresh sage herb (leaves).

Other ingredients used for Menoforce® Sage tablets are microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose laurate and hydrogenated cottonseed oil.

Menopause Support: Each tablet contains 405 mg of tri-magnesium dicitrate anhydrous, 42 mg of fermented soy bean extract (60% isoflavones), 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 0.25 mg Vervain essential oil.

The tablets also contains microcrystalline cellulose, Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder and hydrogenated cottonseed oil.

Each tablet contains 56.7mg elemental magnesium.
