    what can you suggest for chronic upper back pain that makes upper back /shoulder/ neck joints/muscles stiff and achey please? Likely I have what is called central sensitization now as chronic pain for so long I do physio exercises as well as eat healthily

    I have osteoarthritis of the shoulder therefore giving me 'referring' muscle pain and spasms in the arm. Looking for a cream to help ease pain in both shoulder and arm.
