This lovely cranberry and orange sauce is really simple to make and is the perfect accompaniment to enhance the flavour of many dishes.
1. Place the cranberries, maple syrup, orange juice & zest into a sauce pan. Heat on low for around 20-25 minutes. Keep stirring to prevent the sauce sticking, add water as necessary.
