If your job is quite physical then you may not need to set as much time aside each week for exercise as those with less physical jobs. Generally we need around 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise a week - you can read my blog ‘How much exercise do we really need?’ for further information.
That being said, your body gets used to doing the same activities each week so it won’t do any harm to add a little more exercise into your routine. I’d recommend something low impact like walking or swimming.
