Mood Essence is a combination of Grape alcohol with infusions of Cherry Plum, Gentian, Gorse, Mustard, Scleranthus, Sweet Chestnut, Heather, Hornbeam, Zinnia, Bluebell, Borage and Self Heal.
This combination of essences may give support when it is difficult to stay positive. Helps maintain feelings of lightness and optimism.

Directions For Use:
Adults: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
This product is not recommended for children.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, please seek professional healthcare advice before using this product.

“I find the range of essences very useful. Post menopausal, the mood essence helps to motivate me into doing necessary things when I feel tired and out of sorts. My daughter encourages me to take them as she notices the difference in me too. I just have a little extra oomph and feel more able to get on with things when I take these drops.
