This combination of the flower essences of Aspen, Bluebell, Chammomile, Vervain, White Chestnut, Agrimony, Dandelion, Rock Rose, Walnut and Yarrow helps one to restore their inner calm at night making the individual feel more relaxed, rested and untroubled. This combination can be safely used in children after an excitable day!

Directions For Use:
Adults: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. May be taken up to 3 more times during the night.
Maintenance: 5 drops in a little water in the evening.
Children (2-7 years): 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily. May be taken up to 3 more times during the night.
Maintenance: 3 drops in a little water in the evening.
Children (7-14 years): 4 drops in a little water 3 times daily. May be taken up to 3 more times during the night.
Maintenance: 4 drops in a little water in the evening.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
