Avocado Dip


Skin avocado and mash the pulp with a fork. 

Add the lime juice, yogurt, cheese, finely chopped chives and mix well.

Season with mustard and Herbamare ® Spicy.

Tip: Also delicious as an accompaniment to baked potatoes.


2 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lime
100 g of natural yoghurt
150 g cream cheese
2 bunches of chives
2 teaspoon sweet mustard with herbs
