Read some of our customer ratingsRed Clover contains phytoestrogens called isoflavones, thought to be helpful for women during the menopause. Red Clover sprouts look like alfalfa sprouts and have a mild, sweet flavour. They are easy to grow and an excellent source of vital nutrients.
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water. For best results, sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds
Temperature: 18 – 22oC
Water: Twice daily
Ready to eat: After approximately 3 to 5 days
Ingredients: Organically grown Red Clover seeds.
