My Easiest Gut Health Tip recently to tackle Bloating…

From Nutritionist Emma

@emmatalksnutrition

I like to try and support my gut health purposefully, at least once per day – because who doesn’t like to help protect against bloating? Whether this is simply adding a new vegetable to my shopping list, adding a spoonful of homemade kimchi to my lunch, or, one of the easiest ways I’ve found recently, (plus it means I can tick it off earlier in the day), is taking a shot of Molkosan (always dilute at least 1:4) ? Simple, and failsafe as I’m going about my day, or rushing out the door as is often the case. What’s your favourite gut health habit? Disclaimer: I can’t even take credit for this batch of kimchi, my lovely friend made it! ???

A Simple Daily Habit for Better Gut Health

I like to support my gut on purpose—at least once a day. After all, who doesn’t want a little help keeping bloating at bay?

Small Changes That Make a Difference

For me, it doesn’t have to be anything complicated. Sometimes it’s as simple as adding a new vegetable to my shopping list or including more variety in my meals. Other days, I’ll add a spoonful of homemade kimchi to my lunch for that extra boost of gut-friendly goodness.

My Go-To Quick Fix

One of the easiest habits I’ve picked up recently is taking a shot of Molkosan (always diluted at least 1:4 ?). Molkosan is a postbiotic formula rich in L+lactic acid. It’s quick, simple, and something I can do first thing in the day—especially helpful when I’m rushing out the door, which happens more often than I’d like to admit.

Easy, Consistent, Effective

What I love most about this habit is how effortless it is. It fits into my routine without any fuss, making it much easier to stay consistent while going about my day.
