Take 15 drops of Echinaforce® in a little water 2-3 times a day at the first sign of the flu. This provides support for your immune system, helping it to fight off invading viruses.
Drink 5 cups of Echinaforce® Hot Drink a day for the first 3 days of your flu symptoms, and three cups a day for the next 7 days.

Echinaforce® tincture – 0.6ml drops are equivalent to 285mg whole fresh plant. Also contains 65%v/v ethanol.
Echinaforce® Hot Drink – 5 ml of concentrate contains 1,140 mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench herb (1:12-13) and 60 mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench root (1:11-12). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 65% V/V. The other ingredients used are sucrose, purified water, concentrated elderberry juice, citric acid monohydrate, modified starch, medium-chain triglycerides, potassium sorbate and ethanol.
