I would suggest that you do regular bouts of exercise. So, first of all, aim for 10-20 minutes a day of things like walking or cycling, gradually building it up over time. You may find that you end up doing more than this, but 10-20 minutes is a good starting point. I would also say to avoid getting caught up in any big exercise plans, such as half marathon training or an exhausting sports tournament. Stick to regular movement at moderate intensity, would be my advice!
