What to eat before a 5K or 10KIf you’re new to exercise, or are picking up after some time out, I’d recommend you start small and work your way up. So, choose your activity, be it running, cycling or a session at the gym, and keep your workouts short. Try 10 minutes to start with and gradually build up the amount of time you spend exercising, as well the intensity of your workouts, until you have achieved what it is you set out to do, be it a 5k, or something more straightforward like a loop of your local park.
