Please can you recommend the best remedies for hayfever - mainly grass pollen problem with itchy eyes, constant nose blowing and throat affected. When is best time of year to start taking? Also animal dander is a problem.

You could try either Pollinosan Tablets or Luffa tincture as these are both traditionally used for hayfever/allergies and can be taken 3-4 weeks before you know you will get the symptoms if wished.

Once the symptoms appear you could also add in either Eye Drops or Pollinosan Nasal Spray.
