I keep sneezing around ten times, causing my eyes to run and my nose runs a lot too. Any ideas what I can do to relief the symptons?

Assuming that you do not recognise these symptoms as that of the common cold,  the first thing that comes to mind, reading the description of your symptoms, is that you may have an allergy, or allergic rhinitis. I wonder if there is anything new in your environment - new furniture or pet?
 
You may be likely to suffer allergies if someone in your family displays allergic tendencies, or asthma or hayfever.
