I had my last period six months ago and for the past month or so I have been experiencing aching joints. I exercise every day; a mixture of yoga, aerobics and cardio for about 1.5 hours, 4-5 days a week. With rest there is some relief. Is there any medicine for aching joints? What else can I do to control aching joints?
