Fluctuating hormones on the approach to the menopause can cause skin problems in some women (a bit like teenage acne).
We usually recommend Menopause Support for this but unfortunately it cannot be taken if you are on hormonal contraceptives. So, I would suggest trying Milk Thistle Complex for a couple of months as this is known to help with cleansing the skin, so it may help in the meantime.
As you are now in the average age range for starting the approach to the menopause, I would ask your doctor when you see them as to what your options are now.
Many women on hormonal contraception do find at some point that menopause symptoms 'break through' and sometimes that is the only way to tell where you are.
You could also try the Menoforce Sage tablets as these are traditionally used for hot flushes and night sweats and these are fine to take with your medication.
