Breast pain/discomfort is very common in the menopause and usually caused by lowering oestrogen levels.
You may find a kelp supplement helpful for this along with a cup or two of nettle tea a day.
Make sure too that you are drinking plenty of water as dehydration can make symptoms worse.
It is best to get any breast changes checked by your doctor as well.
