I am experiencing bad hot flushes day and night but I am on statins and betablockers as well as blood pressure tablets due to a heart attack 2 years ago. What can I safely take to relieve my symptoms?

Sage is traditionally used for flushes and there are no contraindications listed with your medication.

It may be worth trying for a few weeks to see if it helps.
