Falling oestrogen can have an effect on the digestive system. Usually it tends to slow it down causing symptoms such as indigestion, constipation, and bloating.
I would suggest trying Digestisan as this is traditionally used for indigestion.
Make sure that you eat really slowly; eating too quick or on the run can be a contributory factor and drink plenty of plain water every day too, but not at meal times!
Stress is another factor - the menopause itself stresses the whole body and if you have day to day stress as well this just compounds everything, so do try to have a little rest and relaxation every day, as this is great for all menopause issues!
