I stopped having periods about 4-5 years ago. I have been having hot-flushes, night-sweats, the occasional headache, and a pain in my bones. My question is, how long am I going to have to go through the menopause for? I have also started to have indigestion problems. After I eat, I keep having to go straight to the rest room. It is very seldom that I can keep my food down. I plan to go and see my doctor next week. Could this also be part of the menopause?
