For some women their periods just do stop all at once, but hormonal changes will still be happening for a while afterwards.
Stress, changes in lifestyle and diet, and illness can all suddenly trigger flushes.
So, firstly, look at what is going on in your life. If stress is an issue then taking a relaxing remedy is very important and I would also recommend a magnesium and vitamin B complex.
Sage is worth trying for the flushes and usually kicks in very quickly. But, flushes can be caused by other factors such as low iron and low thyroid, so it is a good idea to see your doctor as well just to rule these out.
