Low levels of oestrogen can cause a reduction of protective mucus in the vagina resulting in itching, irritation, and infection.
This is a common symptom in the menopause. I would suggest a combination of Menopause Support and Sea Buckthorn Oil.
Menopause Support is traditionally used to help gently raise and balance oestrogen and Sea Buckthorn Oil is often used to help restore the mucus balance, although both can take 4 weeks or so to start showing benefit.
Daily Kegel Exercises are a good idea too as they help to strengthen the pelvic area, and improve blood supply to the area.
