Falling oestrogen may have an effect on blood pressure but this can also appear completely independently of the menopause so it is important to get this checked out by your doctor.
In the meantime you may find Menopause Support helpful as this is traditionally used to help gently increase and balance oestrogen which can in turn reduce symptoms.
I would also suggest a magnesium supplement as this can often help with hormone related headaches.
Dehydration can also be an issue for both so do make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water everyday and try to avoid coffee, tea and fizzy/sugary drinks and high salt and sugar foods as these can all make symptoms worse.
