I don't think this is likely, but if you are going through your menopause then the falling levels of oestrogen being produced by your ovaries can make your digestion more sensitive. Try a course of Molkosan Vitality and ensure that you chew your food really thoroughly at all times. Don't drink for 20 minutes either side of food, as this will promote bloating too.
