I'm having sleeping problems at the moment. I also suffer from anxiety and I'm on HRT patches. I feel okay on the patches, but I do find that I am constantly waking up when I am trying to sleep. I feel as though I am wearing a head-band around my head. I'm tearful quite a lot as well. It feels as though I am lacking something, but I don't know whether I'm lacking serotonin or whether this is the menopause.
