Sage is traditionally used for hot flushes and night sweats, so you could take 1 tablet with your evening meal.
I would also suggest a magnesium supplement at that time too, some night sweats can be due to stress so magnesium can help to calm the system and promote better sleep.
Watch what you eat and drink too; coffee, especially, can have a huge impact on night sweats so if you drink it, it's best avoided after lunch onwards. Sugary foods in the evening can rev up your nervous system contributing to the problem as well.
Try having a good snack before bed but make it foods, such as a plain yogurt (no sugar), or a handful of nuts and seeds, or oatcake and cheese.
Low blood sugar levels in the middle of the night can trigger flushes too so a good snack can often help.
