Hormonal changes in the menopause can trigger old skin problems such as eczema. You could try Menopause Support as this is traditionally used to help gently raise/balance oestrogen and thus may help to reduce symptoms. I would also suggest a liver support as well. Check your diet and avoid all processed foods, high salt and sugar foods, caffeine and fizzy/sugary drinks. Dehydration and constipation can be contributory factors so make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water and that your bowels are moving every day.
