I have been Peri-menopausal for a year now and I still feel horrible. My digestive system has changed drastically, and now even drinking water is giving me gas and cramps. My breasts were heavy, tender, and painful two weeks ago, but have since became lighter. I was having palpitations so often that my doctor put me on Propranolol. I still feel weak and tired most of the time, and I'm getting pains in my right hip, and my bum. There are so many symptoms that I could go on and on. I am on Calium 1,300 daily plus Well Woman. Can you help me?
