Firstly, you really need to stop your periods coming every fortnight - that will just drain you of blood! Your iron levels will fall badly and that makes you feel awful. You can try Agnus castus tincture, which lengthens your cycle.
Secondly, you can use Sage to counter the night sweats. Use the tincture rather than the tablets, as it works faster. Take 15 drops at lunch time, another 15 at tea time and 30 before you go to bed.
Once the sweats have calmed down, you'll feel a lot better - sleep is good for you!
