If you have not tried our Menosan sage tincture it may be worth a try; you can take up to 4 times a day, the last dose being just before bed.
I would also suggest a liquid magnesium and a vitamin B Complex.
Stress is a huge issue in the menopause and even minor day to day stress can trigger more flushes. These supplements are known to support the nervous system.
Check your diet too - caffeine, fizzy drinks, high salt and sugar foods, and processed foods can be a contributory factor as can dehydration, so make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water every day as well.
Acupuncture can be really effective for flushes/sweats so it is worth looking into!
Daily relaxation is very important so do try to get 30 minutes of me-time - not easy, I know, but it can make a difference very quickly!
