I have really bad hot flushes, but I am vitamin D deficient and my body is constantly boiling all day. I am on Venlafaxine 75mg, statins and HRT patches. It is driving me mental.
If you are on HRT patches and still getting flushes then either the HRT isn't the right dose for you or the flushes are being caused by something else, e.g. thyroid imbalance or a side effect of one of your other medications.
I would advise you to go back to your doctor and talk it over.
